Brighteyes Septic

This is an honest company and they were quick to get to my home to see what the issue was. Ill definitely use them in the future!

Did what we needed, and was there when we needed them. Great company, and will use again! Thanks for helping us in our time of need.

They sent out two men that didn't talk to each other let alone me. Emptied two 500 gallon tanks and dropped a 4x4 in the first tank and a 6x6 in the second tank. The main guy Dusty hit the helper in the head with a steel tool when they were trying to get the second dropped pipe out of the second tank. Neither piece was removed. When they went to cover the tanks back up, they left big clumps of dirt all over the area. I watched Dusty get the T-baffle ready to install. He glued everything up before test fitting it, guess what? It didn't fit! So Dusty started over again with a new piece wasting almost 45 minutes on this part!. This is the last place I would recommend for septic service. I called today to see if they were going to come back and fix the pile of dirt but was told by the office m

The techs were very professional and got the job done and explained everything they did. I will definitely call Bright Eyes again!

I SWEAR BY THIS COMPANY!! They saved me thousands of dollars. Mr. Eric and every employee I have dealt with since using Brighteyes has been honest and very helpful. They take the time to explain your system to you, so you understand how it should work. I made the mistake of using GoGreen Septic Company who royal screwed me. But thanks to Mr. Eric personally stepping in to help me, all was made right. And that was way before becoming a customer of Brighteyes. This company goes above and beyond to take care of people. I refuse to use another company now. And they show up for inspections on time, every quarter, as promised in their contract.There is so much this company did for me that this review would be way too long. Just know if you chose Brighteyes, I guarantee you won't regret it.
