I received outstanding and honest service from Payne Water Well. I called them fairly early on the morning and immediately spoke with a very helpful gentleman that I assume to be Mr. Payne. he was very patient with me and never gave me any indication that I was bothering him, which made me feel confident in my choice. I explained to him the issue we are having with my mom's very dated well, to which he was able to immediately investigate for us within just a few hours. unfortunately he was not able to solve the problem through no fault of his own but he did present us with other temporary budget options to try rather than just jump straight to a new well. the price quoted by him for a new well to be dug is quite simply staggering, but having called around, Payne is right on par with other

I wish I could give the Payne Water Well Drilling Team more than 5 stars. They worked through 2 days of pouring rain to complete our new well so that we could start the construction of our house. Everyone on the team is very easy to work with, HONEST, and provided ample information to all of my questions. Once the well was completed they fully walked us through the well report, how to care for the well, service, and what maintenance is recommended. They even provided information on 2 old wells on our property and how to care for them to protect our water from contamination. There was no trash or trace left behind, just a job well done. Jason even came back the next day to check on everything and tighten a small drip he found. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everybody else was saying “yep, that will be $5500.00 to replace the pump and the tank”. However… I can sum up my experience with Payne Water Well Drilling in two words: REAL PROFESSIONALS. First: they responded to my call FAST. Called me first thing in the morning, and were on site two hours later, and went to work. Second: They were the only crew who actually tested my well to see what was going on. They didn’t even need to communicate with each other, just knew what the other one needed. It was very impressive to watch the them work. Third: they replaced only what needed replacing, and even tracked down an unrelated problem with my well. In the end, I was happy with their true, old school American service that is sadly going extinct.

Payne was recommended to me and with good reason. I needed a leak fixed and called late Friday afternoon. Someone was out Saturday morning to help me. Everyone was very courteous and informative. They are definitely your new well company.
