I had an issue with a GFCI receptacle that I just couldn’t resolve. I, at the suggestion of a friend, called Brightside Electric and Justin West. While on the phone he walked me through the process of installing the receptacle and it still wouldn’t work. He came out to the house and troubleshooted the problem, and within 30 minutes he figured out the where the issue was. Turns out it was a faulty neutral wire. Justin carefully walked me through the process of what needed to be done and came back the next day to fix the issue. It was an arduous job, but an hour and half later the wire and receptacle were installed and operating. Justin was very professional and explained in detail what steps he was taking to ensure the problem will be fixed. I am very thankful for Justin for his efficiency

Our church constructed a 1,200 sq ft educational building. Brightside Electric did a great job on the electrical work. Very professional, showed up when they said they would, everything to code. Very impressed.

After Hurricane Beryl my family and I were like many others without power. During the aftermath and in the process of working 16 hour days I was at a struggle to get home and get my generator wired up to my breaker and going for my family. After calling Brightside Electric the amazing owners themselves came out to get my generator hooked up and my family out of the dark. One of our GFI plugs went out due to pressure washing our back patio and Justin was fantastic. He saved us the service fee for the trip by walking me through several troubleshooting items on the phone and fixed the issue without having to come out. We will definitely be calling these guys back when we start remodeling our house and updating electric. Thank you so much!!!!
