Brightside Windows

We recently got our windows replaced by Brightside, so I wanted to leave this thorough review based on the work they did. Initial Sales Pitch: Brightside approached our home through a door-to-door salesman. We don’t mind hearing salesman as sometimes we find they do provide services we need. In this case we had been wanting to replace our windows for about 2years. The door-to-door salesman setup a follow-up appointment for a more thorough review of what they offered and a same day estimate. Estimate: Brightside salesman showed up on time for the estimate. The salesman was very thorough and even revised the estimate several times upon request. He provided us with privacy for discussing our options before finally deciding to take up their offer. Everything went super smoothly getting my windows and a sliding glass door replaced. They were always on time and installed everything in one day with no issues. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. The new windows and door look great and have done a better job of keeping out noise and the cold. The whole process was very easy and I would definitely work with Brightside again!

We recently had 16 triple-pane windows from Brightside installed in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The windows not only look fantastic and enhance the curb appeal of our house, but they also come with innovative features supporting multiple ways of opening them, and also make cleaning them a breeze. The installation team was incredibly efficient, completing the entire project in just a day and a half—including a tricky bay window installation. Everything looks sealed and finished perfectly. They put on shoe socks when working inside and cleaned up each window area after installation. They were even able to work around our some of existing blinds which were too tricky to fully remove. The people we dealt with were very nice. The window installation crew was very hard working and got the job done in 2 days. The windows look great. Only complaint was communication. When I called for updates their message says they will call back by 5pm that day (never got a live person to answer the phone) that didn't happen. One time they called back 24 hours after all called, the second time I called they sent an email (with the info I asked for), but didn't call back to verify/notify that they were doing so. The job did get done in the time frames they noted, just a little concerning when it takes 8+ weeks to get the windows made and no one is giving a quick update that they are expected on time etc.
