Brightview was contracted to do work on the neighboring property owned by the county that is immensely overgrown. They assured me they would be here until the job is done. Well, they chopped down a bunch of small trees-which was great-but they never returned to chip the fire fodder they left EVERYWHERE. Now, as these trees dry out, we will have a worse fire risk than before. Thanks for nothing, Maria & Brightview.

My HOA in Elk Grove recently switched landscaping service to BrightView. I planted 2 arborvitae shrubs seven years ago (with a replacement value of $500-$700 each) to flank my garage door. This was my first home of my own and it really needed a lot of TLC to bring it back from deprivation. I wanted my new home to standout amongst the mediocrity of other homes in the neighborhood with their boring boxy privet landscaping. Yesterday the lead gardener decided to turn my beautiful mature conical shaped arborvitae into a Gorden’s fish stick. It was sickening to see what he had done.
