Not a customer, but if their employees are a reflection of the company's service, I never will be. I pulled into a gas station behind one of their vehicles at a pump, not knowing there was no one in it. The station was busy and I got stuck behind the truck; I couldn't back up or change lanes and waited 5 minutes for them to come out of the 7-11 with their coffee. I got out of my car and told them it was rude to leave their vehicle like that, they laughed. Then I said I'd contact the company and they said, "Go ahead". It would have been so simple for them to say they were sorry and that they should have parked before going in, or sorry for my inconvenience, any kind of customer service skill at all. But no, they chose to give their company a black-eye.
They don’t deserve one star.. if their staff members work like they drive. I would never use them
