Brightview is contracted with my apartment building to maintain our grounds and blow leaves off the property. Not long ago my camera caught a crew intentionally blowing an envelope that was under my door mat to the sidewalk and another guy picking it up and opening it. The guy than put the envelope into his pocket and left. It was only a dollar but it's the fact that they stole something that did not belong to them. I complained and sent video in. Management handled it and gave me a gift card and retrieved my envelope from the guy. TODAY I came home and was shocked to see my porch in the shape it was in. Front door mat blown to the sidewalk, a pot knocked over, a wooden cat was broken, two heavy Owl and cat decor blown clear to the otherside of the porch. At first I thought it was some sor

AWFUL JOB-DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! SEE PHOTOS This company was contracted with our HOA. This is the 3rd time they've attempted to cut my grass the right way. And they have done an absolute HORRIBLE job just cutting grass. After I called an complained the gentleman on the phone told me their company had no work in my development today. Well the pictures speak for themselves. They NEVER came back to fix this.

Sorry excuse for a professional landscaper. This is how they cut the grass and leaves it when they take care of a community they have a contract for. Keep in mind this is a "fresh cut." It was so high, they could barely cut it and then they didn't trim or anything. This is constant. Total joke.

This is our lovely front yard in Banning Lewis Ranch that is to be professionally maintained by Brightview since we own a carriage home. We have lived here seven months and they have done nothing. This small area is supposed to be all grass and not overgrown with weeds- shouldn’t be difficult for a professional company to maintain. Giving this business one star is being extremely generous but that is the lowest rating that can be given. Do better Brightview!! 9-28-23 UPDATE: Emailed Brightview on 9/18/23 - NO response even though they asked us to reach out to them. Emailed again 09/28/23

Completely tear up the yard every time they come. Miss huge spots of grass, create ruts all over the lawn. If we had a choice to stop using them, we would. They’re awful.
