Juan Lima, Branch Administrator at BrightView, was extremely helpful. He kindly called me to go over my invoices and took the time to clearly explain everything. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I really appreciate his excellent customer service.

I manage a community that BrightView is their landscape vendor, and they've been a fantastic partner. Our account manager, Robert, is responsive, professional and always quick to address any concerns. Our crew lead, Gordon, is extremely communicative about any issues he notices in the field --- especially if it's something outside of the scope of our contract. This is incredibly helpful since they're in areas we don't always see ourselves. It also speaks volumes that Gordon has been part of the crew servicing this community for years. Communication is seamless, and the quality of service is consistently strong. I truly appreciate the reliability and support they provide.

Brightview is a horrible landscaping service. They service my community , and they cut the grass too low. I’m on the do not mow list , but they have damaged my grass 3 times. I even have signs posted. I tried to get them to repair my grass, but their customer service stinks. They are not professional or reliable.

I’ve been going there a year now and it has helped me to stay focused and engaged in my journey towards a more peaceful life. The staff is very engaged and super friendly and approachable. I look forward to going every time especially working with Brigette. She is super engaging and easy to talk to. The doctors Noelle and Nick are always super supportive and friendly.
