BrightView Landscapes

I would like to give a huge shout out to the entire BrightView team but especially Francesca Smiley and Jeff Scott. We teamed up with them this year (2024) and I am so glad we did. From our first meeting until now they have, hands down, been the best vendor I work with. Their constant communication with us ensures me that they care and are dedicated to providing the best service around. Where they really blew us away was their initial presentation about their services and the company as a whole. They really took the time to personalize the presentation to my company's needs. Rivers Pointe Apartments contracted with Brightview this year for snow removal and it is horrendous! If I could give them negative stars I would. They do not arrive at the contracted amount of snow or time to have it done by. The quality of work is subpar at best. The company will not reach out to discuss the subpar quality or situation. They appear uninterested in amending this issue. Update * ** As you can see you get an autogenerated response which they have all the information they need. As of today March 8th Brightview has still been severely lacking at showing up on time and plowing at the snow amount threshold to plow. The photo is taken March 8th and it is 8:15am and the roads and lots are to be plowed by 7am and at a 2 inch threshold.

Brightview is our landscaper for Connect 55 Auburn. The service they are providing is exceptional. Francesca and Angelo are wonderful and very customer oriented. The work crew that comes here is always professional and they make sure that the property is up to standards before they leave. This is our first year working with this company and they have not disappointed us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscaper. We are so impressed with the service they have to offer that we also are using them for our snow vendor next year.

Brightview is a very professional and dependable company for all of your landscaping needs. I'm a Property Manager for a very unique and spread-out apartment community. They have gone above and beyond to pay special attention to all of our nooks and crannies of the property. They pay special attention to detail and curb appeal. They do a fantastic job, and their office staff is outstanding as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a landscaper for their company. :)

If I could leave a review of “negative stars” I would. Never thought a snow plow company could make the snow situation worse on a driveway, but this company has artists when it comes to creating a total mess and leaving the driveway worse than it was before. Not only do they rarely show up, but when they do, you wish they hadn’t. I would not recommend them to anyone except maybe for a rival neighborhood dad or a as a prank.
