Our HOA used Four Seasons for about a year, and it was a draining experience. We read the reviews and saw they were mixed but fell for the sales presentation and the fact that Atlantic Station is one of their clients. When I asked our sales rep (Sheri) about all the 1-star reviews, she said that they had some issues with Customer Relations Managers and staff and they had done a significant overhaul, so we decided to give them a try. The first CRM they gave us was unresponsive. The second one was responsive and apologetic in his responses, BUT he never came to look at the property to see things that were obvious to the naked eye, and we had to talk to him about the same issues EVERY week. Our senior citizen subdivision has utilized this firm this past year and their service has been ABYSMAL! They have either not performed the services they are being paid for, or done it so poorly that the entire neighborhood that the entire neighborhood is upset despite our trying to work with them and provide feedback (both positive and negative as experience has dictated). All of us are at our wits end in paying for a level of service that is not being provided. I am hoping that by posting this, others considering their services are dissuaded from doing so and prevent them from enduring the same frustration that our Homeowners Association has!

Our HOA has used them for a couple of years - their last day is May 9th. We are overrun with weeds, they came out yesterday to trim the shrubs and mow - the shrubs were butchered. The Customer Relations Manager tried saying they have worked our property multiple Saturdays - he was reminded we have cameras. Over promise/under deliver!

The crew doesn't finish their leaf blowing. We have 8 large buildings along a 1/8th mile cul-de-sac. The crew is not organized, always late, don't stay the full 3 hours that we pay for. The crew refuses to follow instructions, and show they are not dedicated to 4 season.
