BrightView Landscapes

This is the work of Brightview landscaping. They manage Stearling ranch and our parks have looked like this for months. There is very little effort and pride in their work… Sprinkler heads are broken flooding the park for weeks. Trees are dead for years sprinklers watering the street in the middle of the day. They do the bare minimum. I saw one person drive past the park a week ago and hard to believe they cannot notice all these issues. I am not asking these open spaces to look like a golf course but with just a few hours of work we would not be pumping hundreds of gallons of water into the street.

Quick and shotty work and not very respectful. They manage the condos/townhouse complex and before using their big mowers never do a walkthrough for pinecones, rocks, etc and if you have a car parked in the driveway it gets pelted with debris.

The team at Brightview is super easy to work with and always responsive. They have helped us with landscaping and tree issues as well as getting our snow removal in place well before we have an issue with it. I will recommend them to other communities.

Everyone who works at this location is mentally insane.
