I just had work completed in my home and I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. First, I called for a quote spoke to Amber (very professional) and she had Franco ( very knowledgeable and helpful) provide me with one. The day of the installation, Hector and one other crew member arrived at my home. They did the work and clean when completed. Hector also showed me how to use the app. Today, I called and spoke to Amber about the warranty and once again, very professional gave me the information I needed. 5 out of 5 for me. Great experience with Brightwater Irrigation from Amber who answers the phone (I hear she is a real human!) to their tech, Kade (he called me boss lady… yeah, has a nice ring to it)… great to work with. Easy to schedule, showed up on time (with text alerts), knew what needed to be done, completed the job, and (best of all) very patiently set up my system and on-line account for my new irrigation box. Franco from Brightwater came by this morning to repair several sprinklers my dog had damaged. My service window was 8–10am, so I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived early at 7:45am. He was very careful while digging up and replacing the sprinklers, and he actually left my yard better than he found it. I had a few low spots in my lawn, and he filled them in without me even asking. He finished the job in under an hour, and I’ll definitely be requesting Franco for any future repairs.

I had a great experience with Brightwater Irrigation today. One of my zones wasn't turning on, and Franco arrived promptly to help. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and provided a clear estimate before starting the work. Highly recommend their professional and honest service!

I called Brightwater to replace 5 valves and a timer. The tech that came to do the work (which I requested) fell short of expectations and did an unsatisfactory job. I reached out and was contacted by Kyle, Operations Manager. Kyle came out to inspect the work and listened attentively to my concerns and dissatisfaction. All he said was “ we’re going to make it right.” Kyle himself started to dig in and got his hands full on the job. He then brought Jason to assist and they did an excellent job. After that, Kyle sent Hector and Seven for the final touches and leave everything to my satisfaction. All the techs that were involved with the project were all professional, polite and respectful. They even did a couple of things that were not included in the original job description. Kyl
