We have been working as a vendor for Brinco Mechanical for about a year and a half now. They have truly helped us grow to the next level! Anytime while on site we can call an actual person that will get things done. Simple to use portal, very transparent, and the best facilities maintenance company we work with by far.

This is the worst facility maintenance company we have encountered. We have contracts with nine other service companies and have never had an issue being paid - most of these companies understand that without the contractors, they are nothing. There are plenty of other facility maintenance companies that take care of their contractors. Brinco employees should remember who pays their salaries - the contractors who are actually doing the work.

We have worked with Brinco for many years and have grown with them. They are always striving to make their processes better and more efficient. They always pay on time and have fair pricing. Anytime we have a question it is easy to get in touch with someone who can assist.

Awesome owners, family atmosphere, always something going on for the employees (pizza parties, breakfasts, luncheons, parties), . Everyone knows everyone (midsize location but National company) and are friendly and helpful! 6 years and still love what I do!!!

They switch contractors all the time to obtain cheap rates; they also do not pay their bills on time. Beware.
