I've been a customer of for long time and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Every interaction, from scheduling appointments to the actual service, has been smooth and professional. The ladies from customer service is top-notch; whenever I call, they are courteous and helpful. (Super early I have to say) One thing that stands out is their technician, David, who has consistently gone above and beyond. He's knowledgeable, approachable, and always arrives on time and always helping with a Video to provide my tenants in case they need help on the future on how to use the thermostat. Very professional team and of course very busy as most quality places are. Kasey stayed in contact during the scheduling and was pleasant to speak with. The tech JT came out and was super friendly and knew right away how to fix my problems. He went above and beyond, explaining the options and even helping me with some unrelated household issues. I’ll definitely be using Brite again.

Brite Electric was able to schedule an appointment same day for a reasonable price to clean and tune my home's HVAC unit. The technician who came to my home was professional, friendly, and helpful. He pidid a thorough job cleaning out the blower, condenser, and drain lines. I would certainly use this company again in the future.
