Brite Spots Carpet Care

Gus did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. I know that my carpet was really old and there were some things that would be able to be repaired, but they did the best they could. I also like the fact that they also clean the carpet on the staircase as well.

I’m pleased with the service we received from Brite Spots. I was able to get a same day appointment. I was quoted $200 for my couch and upon arrival the technician insisted that the four pillows I had on the couch would be extra. In total they cleaned the couch and pillows for $220. Everything smelled fresh except one pillow. I would had appreciated it if the technician ensured everything was fresh before leaving but overall they did a good job and I’m happy with the service.

Just want to give a huge thanks to this carpet cleaning company and the technician Caleb. Price was very reasonable and he did a good job on my carpet. Also, as a side note, when signing the service contract, Caleb had mistakenly taken my pen on accident, it’s a special pen because my it’s a gift from my dad. I was worries because i thought I wouldn’t get it back, especially because the job was over. I sent over a message and the next day, Caleb showed up to my house with the pen. He didn’t have to, but I really appreciate the honesty and him going the extra mile. Because of that, I would recommend carpet cleaning from here. To find honest and hardworking workers nowadays is difficult, and when working at a home, you would only want that… Caleb was that man and I’m grateful for the good

Overall, the technician was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. The carpets did look somewhat better after the cleaning, though unfortunately the stains did not fully come out once everything dried. Still, the end result was not too bad. The main issue was with scheduling and communication. My appointment date was moved once, and on the day of service I was given a two-hour arrival window with a 20-minute heads-up before arrival. I arranged my schedule specifically around that window, but the technician arrived about an hour late. I was not notified of the delay and only found out after calling to check on their status. There was no proactive communication or courtesy regarding the late arrival, which was disappointing. While the service itself was okay, the lack of time

They are very accommodating! They picked up the rug on schedule and did a great job on my cream colored rug which had many stains. My wool rug is 10x14, and had termite adults and eggs. They cleaned and sprayed the rug but will need to spray again within 6 months.
