Very good customer service, easy to talked to. Rey B did a very good job in diagnosing and repairing what needs to be fixed. Replaced water valve and water pump. He even cleaned and wipe the dusts and areas that were dirty. He is knowledgeable. Highly recommend and they are the only company who gave me rough estimate on how much it would cost. No more loud noise and annoying sound and no more leaks.

My fridge gave out and I needed a fix fast. They were able to fit me in the next day for the initial evaluation. They luckily had the part I needed replaced on hand, and returned the next day. Rey the repairman came out and gotten taken care of. He advised me of the issue... how it happened and fixed the problem. He was polite and didnt leave any mess behind.
