Ryan Britland is the best subcontractor I’ve had on my build. The day I purchased my land, I called four excavation companies. Ryan was the only one who called me back the same day. While he worked on my project, he sent me updates every few days. I never had to ask when he’d be at my building site, because I’d drive up and find that he had done that phase of the work already! He was always a step ahead. Ryan is familiar with the current methods and recommendations related to foundations, septic systems, utilities, and necessary equipment. He makes the job seem easy. In addition to being very professional, he’s also a kind person. He listens to the client’s wishes and is easy to talk with. I’ll always be grateful for his time and his commitment to the job.

Ryan just completed installing our new septic system. Ryan is a very detailed, meticulous person who pays attention to detail. The system was completed timely and on budget. I would highly recommend Britland Excavation for any job big or small. Paul
