I don't know how describe this .A parent teaching there children a trade.they may not how lucky they are right now.. And that goes for Charlie's wife to..it's upbringing. I had the pleasure of meeting his youngest son Dylan This young man was not on his cell phone. Was here early. And polite and worked hard. I was not expecting it. He showed me everything that I had lost faith in still exist.. I highly recommend. This family owned business. It was my pleasure to have this excellent experience. Work was top-notch..thank you so much Dylan.. Charlie, you and your wife should be beyond proud of the wonderful young men you both are raising....God Bless. .Many Thanks.

I called on Thursday afternoon for help with my water heater. CP called me back on Friday morning. A good sign, or so I thought. He said he would try to make it over that afternoon, but if not, then first thing Monday. Monday morning came and went without any contact. I sent him a text, and he replied he was trying to get to me. Tuesday came, and still no CP. I sent him another text, to which he replied he would be at my house right after looking at a job in Wakefield. I cancelled my plans for Tuesday, and waited. And... he was a no-show on Tuesday as well. Needless to say, he is fired!

In installation of a Rinnai, it was incorrectly done. I paid extra to have it hooked up correctly!! My experience: After his employee installed the unit, I was told to call propane company and they hook it up (so I’d have it set for the winter). I paid CP quickly afterwards thinking I’m almost set. It was already December, cold, and I was worried. I called for propane company , they came and said it not done correctly and made a list of things which were not done. (Afraid it would not be hooked up in time)- the propane company did the work and I paid them! Thinking CP’s employee will learn how to install the next unit correctly and reimburse me the $240 I paid for everything to be corrected. In talking to CP , his response was unacceptable. Then, he accused me that it was my fault. I l

Had a problem with my water system at the Eaton Village Store. CP was able to come down and correct the problem in a very quick manner. I very much enjoy working with CPS and his company.
