Broad and Vine Garage

Purchased a multiple-days parking pass using the SpotHero app. The directions to the entrance was easy to follow. The parking garage was structured with only one one-way ramp all ways to the top then down. There were crossovers right on the middle. The parking pass permitted to go in-and-out. The lobby on the ground floor was air conditioned.

I had a monthly pass at a parking garage. I canceled it so I could move to another garage and was out by the end of day of the last day on my pass, but it charged me for over a day of parking ($40). Their AI support chat bot doesn't help. Garage is also generally unclean & smells bad.

Best CC parking garage. Easy in and out and literally $20 cheaper than any other garage. Kinda don’t want to post this and gate-keep lol thats how good it is. Other Center City parking garages TAKE NOTES!

Booked through SpotHero for 3 days and had no issues getting in and out, everything was automatic. Great price and there's cameras everywhere plus a friendly attendant. Highly recommend!

I wanted give a 5 stars for the incredible affordable and reasonable parking prices and why I give a 1 star because i was overly charged for an early bird special rate. I did email Metropolis and they are telling me sometime their rate changes without notice and ask me to check the rate EVERYTIME I park but one thing i don't understand, is it early bird special only has ONE FLAT RATE???? I am confuse!!!!!
