Because it took me a while to enter my credit card information I ended up getting bumped up to the next tier. I was there for 2 hours and 3 minutes. Don’t bother parking here. Use spot hero. Never again

I cannot stress how much you should NOT park here. They overfill the lot, so you aren’t guaranteed a spot. People came in and parked on the yellow lines or reserved spots, and were clearly parking where they weren’t supposed to be due to the overbooking. I came in, took two trips around the garage to see if there were any spots, found nothing, and left. I filed for a refund and was rejected, despite not actually parking in the parking lot. I found better parking for half the price nearby anyway. But parking here was a terrible experience. I don’t blame SpotHero as much as I blame the lot owners for allowing overbooking in the first place.

Never park here. Attendants are completely unwilling to help. I paid for 24 hours with spot hero. I’m from MI. During my stay my phone was damaged and couldn’t be charged or turned on. The attendant said I would have to turn on said phone despite this being impossible. I asked if I should then stay indefinitely. She was indifferent to this. I’m a 911 dispatcher. I am trained to help everyone any way I can. This attendant is the reason our society is faltering. A complete lack of respect and empathy for any stranger

The business I rented monthly parking from across from where I live didn't get a lease renewal and poof the building was empty one day. Needed a quick off street parking solution and found this garage on SpotHero. Was paying $100 per month (a steal) for outside lot parking before and this garage is charging $200 a month - really not bad for this neighborhood. Its close to my apartment and its right next to Walmart so its a breeze to get groceries after work. Chose auto renewal on my credit card which is convenient so I don't have to worry about payment until I want to cancel the reoccurring monthly pass.
