Broadway Carpets recently replaced all the carpet in our home. We chose them based on excellent past experience and their strong reviews on Google. The showroom experience was great. We worked with Donna who has many years experience and could help steer us through the maze of options. She gave us great advice based on the parameters we gave her for our budget and how we use the rooms. We chose a Shaw product because Broadway gets favorable pricing from the manufacturer due to their volume of business. Our 3-person installation crew was lead by Ricky and they did an awesome job on both the installation and the moving of some large, heavy furniture items. They were able to do the complete job in two and a half days which meant minimum disruption to our lives. They were very friendly

Excellent service and communication which is sorely lacking at other places. Everything was shown and explained fully. I am absolutely in love with my flooring and installation service. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Ellen was our salesperson and she is hands down the best. Always called when she said took care of everything. Pleased beyond belief.

Broadway Carpets & Flooring is great! We needed a new kitchen floor in our older house. I dropped by the store & Josh gave me samples to bring home. He ordered materials, then a very professional & experienced installation team of Robert, Casey & Brandon took up the old pine floor in our 50+ yr-old house & put down our beautiful new oak floor. They did a beautiful job, quickly & neatly. This team & Broadway Carpet makes me proud of our beautiful floor. I highly recommend Broadway Carpet & Flooring!

We had a great buying experience with Broadway Carpets. Geoff was fantastic and a huge help through the process. We did not have them perform the install so I cant speak to that aspect, but they had the best price in town on Coretec classic LVP. YMMV but I highly recommend Broadway Carpets.
