I hope this review helps others and saved them from a headache of dealing with a very unprofessional contractor. I am someone who never writes reviews, but I want people to be aware of this contractor & this business. He also has a business under Absolute Inc. I want people to know, I have know this contractor for 10 plus years. He shows his work to people towards end of projects and everything looks good, everything looks great. And boy were my husband & I fooled. If only we knew how he really operated. We had my entire home guted & re-modeled. He promised us 3-4 months and that didn't happen. During the entire project we had to chase him down and make sure his team was on site. We would text him or call him saying again noone is here. He would never responde or finally would with an ex

Avoid at all costs. They were the builders on a new home we purchased and moved into at the end of September. So far, we’ve had HVAC issues, leak from the main floor bathroom and the basement bathroom flooded today. Completely unprofessional. Does not respond to text messages or phone calls. We were fooled and thought Ilker was a nice guy. We’ve spent thousands with other contractors to fix the mess they’ve left behind. Such a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation that will come from using this builder.

I highly recommend Broadway Custom Home Design. Ilker and his crew did a outstanding job of the remodeling if the kitchen. Ilker made everything easy as he will guide and inform you throughout the process. He will bring you to his office to show you the different options he has for remodeling your house. They also lifted up one side of my house as per natural causes the one part of the house had sunken. I highly recommend Broadway Custom Home Design as they did a beautiful job for my remodeling.

I had these guys do a Kitchen for my mothers house in Valley stream, NY. They did an excellent job. They were priced aggressively and finished in time as they promised. Best thing about them is they come to do the work themself. Thanks Ilker and Samet for all your help.

Sam does amazing wood flooring work! Very meticulous! I would recommend him to anyone.
