Brian and his team are true professionals. Brian was able to make me a custom area, and based on his recommendation in the size it fits perfectly in my living room. I also had a runner installed on my steps to match the area rug,,,looks fantastic! I will definitely be using Brian again when I redecorate my bedroom.

Had a very pleasant experience with broadway flooring. My husband and I went in about 20 min before closing and we were not rushed and were made to feel so comfortable taking our time to choose our bedroom carpet. It came in earlier than expected and the guys that installed it were very kind and respectful and vacuumed after they were done. Love my new carpet and it was so easy to shop at Broadway flooring.

I had an excellent experience with Brian of Broadway Flooring. My wife and I found a carpet we really liked and Brian was very easy to deal with. His price was competitive and his installer Armando was a delight to deal with. Brian even called after the install was done to check in, which I found to be excellent customer service. We had a minor issue that we discovered after the install, but Brian took care of it with no argument, push back, or issues. He really does know how to take care of his customers. We have already recommended him to friends and would not hesitate to use him again.
