Certified Chimney Service

Had a chimney fire using a wood burning stove. Called Charles and he diagnosed that we needed a liner put into the chimney. He sent Christian, who was a fantastic crew leader and extremely knowledgeable to do the job. The workers were extremely neat and professional, putting up a plastic tent around the fireplace to contain debris from going into the house. Christian came back after the job and personally made sure the house was immaculate. They were all skilled, professional, courteous and listened to all our concerns. The company and workers are licensed and are extremely knowledgeable about chimneys. Will use them for regular cleanings as well.

Fantastic company. Very responsive and great communication throughout the process. Very caring about their clients and they give honest pricing. They are quick with their work. We had our entire chimney redone and they painted and finished everything quickly. Would highly recommend! Charles was great to work with and was very helpful in diagnosing and educating us on our chimney problems.

Can’t say I used them . But I can say I spent all day waiting for them to come, only to be cancelled 20 minutes before. Totally understand that it’s cold outside and your technician is cold. However, I would have appreciated being told this earlier so I didn’t waste my entire day waiting for you. The temperature outside is not a surprise usually we know what the weather temperature is going to be with advanced notice. So all I ask is to have the curtesy to reschedule / cancel prior to me waiting from 12pm - 3pm only to be cancelled at 2:40pm. Again, can’t say I used them. But I can say I will not use them despite any positive reviews.

Charlie and his team did a job for me, Sivachco Construction, and did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, and their work came out great. Highly recommend this company.
