Don't waste your time parking here. $22 for 2 hours, $38 overnight. You cannot leave or else you'll pay another $22. Scam! Park at neighboring parking lots, not here.

Terrible management. We were stuck in the parking lot for two hours because only 2 out of 8 gates were open. Most people, including those with reservations, had trouble getting in.

Great area to park and walk across the street to Grand Central Market for a night out. Clean and felt safe as there is security onsite late at night.

DON'T PARK HERE!! My friend's car had its catalytic converter stolen TWICE! There are cameras on only two floors out of ten and even though my friend tries to park on those floors, there are often no spaces available. The owners and management take absolutely no responsibility.

Do Not Valet your car in the lot adjacent to this structure. The manager, LUIS is a theif and a Liar. He will not inform you when the lot closes then will keep your keys overnight, leaving you carless. Upon your return he will come up with a random fee of $25 to release your keys. At times the manager pretends as if he does not work there and gives out a fake name to customers. This business should be dismantled. Again, Please do not park in the 'Valet' lot
