Art and his son were amazing. Very professional down to earth and easy to talk to. Gave me great advice with the garage and other things to do in the future with the garage. They were timely clean and did a great job I highly recommend Brocca garage for anyone looking to get one built!
Paid Art over $50K to build a garage. Had water bleeding through the block wall immediately. Art said it would go away. Never did! The outside walls were never sealed, so water continues to seep in. Noticed cracks in the block, too. I had to dig down through the 3/4" stone to find a NON-corrugated pipe sitting along the entire outside of the base. It does NOTHING. The ground wasn't even graded away from the garage, so water was channeled right towards the walls! Water seeps easily thru the stone down to the top of the pipe and onto my floor. I had to pay another $8K to fix it right, as Art never replies now! Also, my side door just split after 1 month. He did replace the door, but he is clueless on general building of a structure. You should not put cinder block directly on the garage floo
