My insurance company recommended Brock Restoration for the flood we woke up to in our kitchen. We are so glad we called them. Jennifer and Danny came out quickly, assessed the situation and set about drying out our mess. They were professional, very experienced and competent, and nice too. They worked directly with our insurance company so that made it easy on us. Then, when it was time to put everything back together, an excellent carpenter, Justen, arrived and did just an outstanding job at fixing the damage literally better than new. Christine in the office just couldn’t have been nicer.

He came to the site twice, was extremely professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the process. FANTASTIC JOB - would highly recommend! While I was away on vacation, my water heater failed and caused significant flooding in my basement that was discovered upon returning home. I contacted Brock Restoration late on a Saturday evening, and their team responded immediately and was onsite within two hours to begin mitigation efforts. Upon arrival, they acted immediately—removing damaged materials, vacuuming the water and deploying drying equipment.
