Extremely pleased! 5 stars for sure. Booking was so easy, he called the night before to confirm everything from pricing and where to place our furniture. Our carpets are old and stained as we have 5 dogs. Could not be more shocked by how clean they were and still are a week later. They were dry by the next morning and had no odd smells. Trusted them and they delivered!

I have nothing but praise for Excel Carpet Service. Greg stretched the carpet in four of our bedrooms and did outstanding work. He was able to accommodate a tight window for doing our job and was great to work with!

The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very good about keeping the basement door closed during install so my 10 month old didn’t wonder over. The carpet runner looks fantastic! The whole process was seamless and Excel techs reached out with questions throughout the process so there were no surprises. Would highly recommend.
