We have been loyal customers of Brockelman's Water Services for over 30 years. Andy is very knowledgeable about all aspects of water filtration and has provided us with great advice and solutions over the decades. Beyond Andy's expertise, he is very kind and a pleasure to work with. Whenever we've had a question or needed assistance, he has always been very responsive and helpful. This company is totally inept and dishonest. Andy first installed my well pump and water softener several years ago. I was recently having some issues with my boiler/ water heater due to residue. I called Andy and he looked at my system. When he installed the water softener he sold me a large system, which was to supply both my house and the attached apartment. However he now told me that it was only treating the water from the apartment. I had purchased the softener to protect the expensive boiler for my house. He then told me that I needed to purchase a second water softener to supply the house and took a $550 deposit towards it. I then called a plumber who looked at the system and pointed out that the system did, indeed, supply both the house snd the apartment, so I didnt need a secon

I hired Andy at the first house I bought and he did an excellent job resolving my water needs involving a spring fed and gravity feed pressure system. When I moved to my dream home we had a low output. He put in a new well and “hydrofracked” the well providing plenty of water that’s lasted me for years! He figured out the best system for each situation. He showed up on time, worked professionally, (in the cold and inclement weather too), and resolved my water needs very quickly. He’s done outstanding work and I highly recommend him. ~Dave Cronin

The last time I had an issue with water, I called Brockelman’s and Andy came right out, took a look, and reset a switch. No charge !!! I kept him in my file of who to call for water issues. This week I had a problem and again he came right out, diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. Had us up and running that same day. Very knowledgeable about water issues. I would highly recommend them
