John and Kevin were excellent on installing our new whole house humidifier We have been debating it for years and finally Went through with it and we are so happy John and Kevin make an excellent team! Very cordial and professional! We’ve been Brockman members for over three years if I recall and have been absolutely happy.

The customer service was excellent! Technician - Emily was kind, personable and took time to chat with my 6 yr old son who wanted to show off some of his hot wheels. Would recommend Emily and Brockman Heating and Air everyday of the week.

Chuck was great! He was friendly, cuteous and knowledgeable. I enjoyed chatting with him while he tested my water quality. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I felt very comfortable having him in my home.
