Had our roof replaced in March 2020. On two separate occasions the shingles have fallen off. The first time Brian fixed it then two weeks ago it happened again and he has ignored us. So we contacted another roofing company that has said our roof was installed improperly and the plywood is exposed since the underlay is on there but incorrectly plus not enough nails used. We now need a new roof after 5 years.

Brian and his team are awesome to work with. Brian took the time to go in depth through two estimates I need for my home, (Roof, windows later.) great communication and follow up throughout the process, many thanks. His roofing team did an amazing job above an beyond. Replaced wood where needed not to mention replacing all the old nails to bring things up to code. After having a new roof put on my home, I can heartedly recommend Brooks Building for your consideration. He, his team and his affiliations were all punctual, professional and personable. While any work on one's home can be a disruptive experience, Brian and his people make their work as tolerable as possible! We used Brocks Building in March 2017 for replacement of our existing roof. Two years ago we had a leak which they repaired. During a strong rainstorm we had water flowing along an internal structural beam and falling onto the kitchen. For 3 weeks we left voicemails for Brian asking for assistance in repairing the problem. We received no response. Additional water came into the kitchen during that time in the same location. Three roofing companies inspected the roof and agreed on the reason for the leak: The first course of roof shingles next to the wall separated from the second course. This allowed water to enter the kitchen through the gap due to the 30-50 mph wind driven rain. The water came in through the original leak they fixed 3 years ago.
