Cape Cod Roofing and Siding

I called Skip after the big snow fell along with extreme cold in early February. I was concerned about needing to have snow removed from roof. Skip came out that very day/early evening. He saved me a fortune by explaining and showing everything was fine. I can't thank him enough for good old fashioned service and care for his customers. I will definitely call him if I need any roof work!

I met with Skip the owner, promptly, after he came by my home on a Sunday, took photos of my roof. Skip was very clear, knowledgeable, took the time ( and patience) to explain the roof damage, what needed to be done, and what DID NOT need to be done. There was no upsell attempt whatsoever. He had me scheduled within a few weeks, had his workers at my home evey day, weather permitting. At the beginning of each day Skip was at my home, giving instruction to his workers step by step, what he wanted to be done, the goal of each day. When the project was finished, Skip took many photographs and ensured that his workers left my property grounds/landscape the way it was before the project began. My warranty is for life. I highly recommend his company, thank you Skip!

Had a 10/10 experience with Skip and Cape Cod Roofing & Siding. Needed to have my roof replaced with 3 weeks' notice otherwise my insurance policy would be cancelled. Skip got the job done in time and his team did a fantastic job with the work itself. Couldn't be happier with how everything went!

Normally not a review-type person but in this case it is warranted. I have recently found myself a single owner of an older home that needs a lot of work. Replacing the entire roof isn't yet in the budget but I engaged Skip to repair parts of the roof and siding that can't wait. He was professional, respectful of my budget and timeline, and didn't try to "upsell" me. He gave me the pros and con's and took the time to explain next steps. I'll definitely be using Cape Cod Roofing & Siding to replace my roof and siding in the near future!

Extremely professional. I have dealt with a lot of bad roofers and this company is at the top of the game. Responsive in terms of a quote, was able to do within a week, constant updates as we were not there , pictures to show how it looked. When we later got to the house a week after the job, it was clear that the installation was perfect and the. Cleanup was spotless. Highly recommend them.
