I was charged $350 for something that would've cost a tiny fraction of that if I just purchased the bait stations and rodenticide myself. When I called in and got the $350 quote, it seemed pretty high but I assumed they would do more than just leave mouse poison in the corners--plus Eddie assured me over the phone that "they wouldn't just charge me $500 or something just because I live in Riverdale." As if $500 is what they could get away with charging the rest of the Bronx for just leaving a few bait stations and doing absolutely nothing about the root cause. I called Eddie for a general inspection and he arrived right on time. He did a very thorough check of my entire home, and pointed out a few problem areas I hadn’t even noticed. My landlord left us with one of the worst cases of rat infestation I seen. I was under duress as i was unaware of the situation. These things were subway rats inside my house. I called at last pest control and they were very responsive, attentive and to my situation. Upon arrival eddie did a inspection and was able to identify where issue was coming from.
