Brook Field Service

Thank goodness I was home when I needed my generator to run because the Brook Field Service Tech never reconnected my generator to my home. That was only the beginning. When I questioned the bill for the poor service they told me the service manager would call me. He never called me and after 4 more calls trying to resolve the bill they told me I needed to pay up front. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Do not use this company. I had a tech out to service a generator. When he arrived, I turned it on to demonstrate the problem, but I wasn't able to reproduce it, so there was nothing for the tech to do, and indeed no services were rendered. My generator is under warranty, which covers travel. Still, I received a bill for travel, and for services that were not performed. I called Brookfield to explain, and they responded by saying they spoke with the tech and that he had serviced the generator before I walked out of my house. This is simply a lie; I met him when he arrived and was with him the whole time he was there. I'm troubled by the apparent dishonesty of this company and would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for service.

Calls are promply answered in friendly manner. Qyestions are answered to my satisfaction. Love the way I'm treated.
