Cottonwood Home Inspections

Adam was great to work with for our home purchase. He was thorough and had our best interests in mind the whole way. He explained all his concerns in detail both in person and on the written report. He wasn't afraid to say when something was outside his specialty, and would recommend someone who could answer our questions. I would highly recommend Cottonwood to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Adam was terrific! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and his inspection is very thorough. He got to our inspection early and completed an aerial drone scan of the house before we arrived, then spent then next 90 minutes going through every detail of the house with us. His inspection report is easy to understand and categorizes issues based on priority. We also had him do radon and water testing, the results of which both came back quickly. 10/10, would recommend Adam to all!

All I can say Adam is you saved us from a major disaster. Your results were astonishing considering the owner’s marketing of this beautiful property. The report on your inspection of the house in general and the results of the radon test left no doubt in our minds that we almost made the biggest mistake of our lives-there was no way we could afford to buy a house that would have taken the better part of our savings, only to spend so much more on fixing all the problems…not to mention the emotional state that would have put us in.We thank you for your help and if we consider another Vt. house you’ll definitely get another call.

Adam’s breadth of knowledge and attention to detail helped us create a comprehensive punch list.
