I found these guys on Google and they had the best reviews by far. Their service matched expectations! Sam is lovely. He gave me an appointment just two days after we spoke. He showed up, gave me a quote and quickly cleaned my couch and my non-Persian rugs. They all looked great. Today he came back with my hand woven Persian rug looking like new. They did an amazing job - no worries with my dog because of the organic ingredients and the price was right for the work they accomplished. Highly recommend!

I had my couches as well as my carpets cleaned. area rug cleaning came highly recommenced. My couches looked brand new after they finished. I had them do my daughters carpet which was a mess. She is a hair dresser so you can imagine what that carpet looked like. He took before and after pictures because it look amazing! I knew he would do a great job. I called Brooklyn Area Rug Cleaning on a Friday night to have my basement carpet cleaned after my washing machine overflowed. I didn't think anyone was there do late. They came over at 8pm, did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. It looks and smells great. I am truly grateful for the service they did.

Professional service with no bait and switch! The last two times we hired a carpet cleaning company they both did a great job. The problem was both times we were taken advantage of. We were quoted a special price over the phone then when the crews came there were extra charges for everything. They charged more for deodorizer, more for Teflon coating, more for the stain treatments and even charged for my master bedroom closet as an additional room. In the end they charged more than the national brands I was trying to stay away from in the first place. This year we hired Area rug cleaning services by a referral from a friend at work. Seeing the five-star reviews, I had high hopes for this company. They recently did a rug cleaning and needed to redo the order. I was initially drawn to them as they advertise they have experience with removing pet odors and stains. However, they did not do a good job, added expenses last minute, weren’t communicative and not professional in handling the process (argued and name calling, just to provide a few examples). I recommend going elsewhere.
