Great place to have a nice view of the bridge

It was a beautiful view in the morning. Never forget that moment. Weather was ideal and nice colours . I highly recommend to visit this spot on a sunny day early morning with a coffee so you can enjoy it peacefully.

Fantastic views across to Manhattan skyline. Busy but plenty of seating. A must place to visit.

Had to come here for a project on Walt Whitman. Took me a good 20 min to find this place, and little did I know words from Walt Whitman’s famous poem “Crossing the Brooklyn Ferry” are etched into the very fence that surrounds the lookout. Those words were meant for us and it just adds to the beauty that envelops this particular spot. Maybe when you visit, you will notice the words and allow it to enhance your experience and the beauty of this historic location.

One of the most scenic and serene views in all of ny. My favorite place to eat lunch, meditate, it even watch a proposal or engagement party come through here. This place has it all. There is none better.
