Booked a rug cleaning in West Village for my Persian silk runner. The whole process was smooth from the quote to furniture moving and delivery. When they brought it back, it looked better than I’ve seen in years. Thank you for the amazing service!
I would never use this company again. The tech arrived with no mask or consideration for Covid. He went on to clean the carpets and now they are dry I can't see any improvement what so ever. He was only interested in trying to sell deep cleaning treatments and moved virtually nothing out of the way. Whole carpet clean completed in 45 minutes for a large two bedroom house.Never again.Total waste of money.
Please avoid this company unless you want a headache! They quote you for a job but then when they turn up they will charge you double what they quote you. Can’t believe they can get away with this. They need to be reported.
