Overall pretty good experience. 2 guys showed up to my apartment (they were 1 hour early), and did the job. There was an attempt to "up-sell" me, but they weren't pushy or rude. Cleaned my 2 area rugs in about 20 minutes, and did a good job. Would use their services again.
