I wish to express my gratitude to the sales person who said to my plumber who went there, “I think I have a part that looks similar.” The part that needed replacing was a very very old, deteriorated valve seat and rubber. It was feared we would not find a replacement. But we did at Brooklyn Plumbing and we are full of gratitude.

Buyer Beware: They will upcharge you for the same part! Why did you charge me twice for the same exact part? I was told you had the original part instead of the one you sold me on April 7th. (The same exact part number is on the bag) April 7th, 2025 (first 2 pics) July 14th, 2025 (last 2 pics)

We love our new bathroom and couldn’t be happier with how it all came together in the end. Being able to buy everything in one place and pick it up when we needed them was a major relief. It was also alot easier going into the store when there was a problem, instead of dealing with phone customer service reps and shipping return or exchange headaches that would've caused delays. Thank you so much to the entire team, especially Leedan and management, for a wealth of information that made our renovation project alot less stressful than it could've been if we went somewhere else.

Staff is really nice. Helped me find a bushing even though I didn’t know exactly which one I needed and it was the exact one. Very quick too. Definitely go here for propane in the area. Don’t go anywhere else
