normally do not leave reviews but if i can help someone in the future. we had a great experience in the beginning. needed our floors to be redone due to structural issues. against my better judgement i paid thousands in full due to the pandemic and was trying to be a kind person. they DID NOT finish the job!!! begged and pleaded for them to return to fix what they were supposed to have done and they stopped responding to emails. extremely disappointing.
