Brooks Construction

I hired John Brooks Construction when I had a horrible fire to my own. Brooks Construction (John Brooks) did an excellent job dealing with the adjuster and insurance company. My entire home was gutted and rebuilt on inside. He and his staff did an amazing job! Was very pleased and will hire him back with any remodeling jobs I have in the future.

I don’t know which John Brooks Construction everyone is talking about in the reviews but my experience with him (there were no other workers) was a total nightmare. I signed over $20,000 in insurance payments for him to do repairs caused by a bad roof and he did not complete the work, return any call or messages and kept my money. He is a thief and a criminal as far as I’m concerned. I ended up having to hire another contractor to re do the work he half finished and had to pay $9000. From my retirement. Do not hire this man. Also he wasn’t even licensed.

After suffering a flood on May 23 I received estimates from several contractors. Out of all the contractors to provide an estimate John Brooks Construction was the most detailed and professional. I built my home with my father more than forty years ago. John was the only contractor who took this into consideration and the only one who said he could custom build the lower damaged cabinets to match the upper cabinetry that I built with my father. After speaking with a few of his references I hired him to remove the mold damage, restore all of the flood damage and moving out and packing in all my contents. The night I hired them I slept better than I had since the flood knowing they were going to take care of everything. He hired an outside company to perform the pre and post mold test. They

We had flooring, custom cabinets built, granite counters installed, and a lot of plumbing and wood work done. John and the crew were quick and professional and very easy to work with. We still use them on projects and always will based off the professionalism and their quality of work.
