I recently purchased a home that Bud & Derek completely restored for me & they made the entire process as easy as possible. We started the renovation around May of 2024 and finished out the year closing on a beautiful, perfect home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Brooks home improvement treats you like family, they listen to you & do anything & everything to make your wants and needs come true. I would recommend them to anyone that asked me for any kind of renovations or additions around their house. The quality of work was amazing, the people they have working for them are exceptionally kind & easy to get along with; the pricing was fair, the work was done efficiently & properly, overall it was a great process with an even greater outcome. Derek and his crew did an incredible job transporting family furniture from Greensboro to Raleigh to Durham to Washington. They were very careful with each piece and with my walls. I was extremely pleased! The price was reasonable, too!

I called Brooks Home Improvement to help me with a flooring issue in my kitchen. Big was super responsive and went above and beyond to help Me get my kitchen floor fixed and even gave me some help with my pool pump and generator. I will call them again for any future needs.

I hired Brooks Home Improvement to install my above ground pool. He came out to give me a quote and was here the very next day to get it installed. They were diligent about getting it leveled and cleaned up the mess afterwards. Once the pool was filled, Bud came out to start my pump (on a Sunday) and checked on it within 24 hours of getting it started. He spent time trying to explain to me how I need to care for the pump and pool and offered his consult if I have questions moving forward. I am very happy with process so far and I am a tough critic.

Bud and crew just completed three roof replacements for me. I can say they were very prompt getting started and very efficient at their job, very professional. They found things I needed to consider while doing the work and explained everything I needed to know to be able to make an educated decision. Bud and his son are great to deal with and would definitely recommend.
