I do not suggest using this company Read the other reviews, they are true!! Brooks did 3 services and even though I have the techs on camera not doing what they were supposed to and just leaving, management took the techs notes over my proof After a phone conversation for an hour the account manager hung up on me and instantly charged the termination fee. They took advantage of an elderly woman and charged her the fee for discontinuing even though I have proof that their techs did not do their job, that should be enough reason not to use them!! Excellent service! I’ve been with Brooks Pest control for a year now and at first I was discouraged with service that wasn’t working as well as I wanted it to work. Many of the employees seemed uninterested in their work. But then, during my 11th month with Brooks, I had absolutely outstanding service. Kevin came out to service my house indoors and outside and he was great at listening to my issues, explaining what treatments he would use and making sure I understood what I needed to do on my end to activate a particular product he used in the yard. He left a list of what products he used and what bugs each products treats. He communicated well about when it would be safest for my dog and kids to be around the products he treated with inside. And he even followed up to remind me of what we

Don’t sign up with this company unless you wanna be harassed when it’s time for the contract to end and you no longer want their service. They have been relentless and not listening to me when I tell them I do not want to continue their pest control.

It took several phone calls to discontinue this service, even after a gmail they still try to charge me, hired them in January one person showed up five hours late, didn’t have no equipment said I’m sorry but I only have sticky pad and advised me to call the office to send someone else out after that. They sent a young Hispanic guy named John. He did the best he could and I complaint about it. They fired the first guy and still charging $150 for no service he left to T-Rex straps. And a few stickers that was it the service is terrible this is a confirmation email on my cancellation and they still try to charge me My advice to anyone do not send them any money. I do not sign anything until they do the service because if you pay them before the service they’ll try to stickyou.

Horrible horrible group of people, won’t let you cancel service because they don’t fulfill the service you signed up for. This company is terrible and all their employees need to learn how to listen, I shouldn’t have to follow a kid around my yard explaining to him that around the “camera” their are webbs will you please get those everytime….. yet said camera will still be covered in the same webbs over and over again.
