Travis "T"...... What can I say!!! Absolutely a Professional in his field. After contacting Brooks to have my service building exterminated of the spiders and critters roaming around, I was fortunate enough to have Travis as my technician. He was an absolute professional in explaining what he was going to be doing and what to expect after he sprayed the building. He was very thorough in inspecting both inside and outside of my building. He actually took the time to look under things for signs of bugs. And all the while he educated me on the types of bugs that were in the building and how to fight against them. His service quality is Top Notch, as well as his respectfulness. If I could have him come out every time that would be a blessing. I totally recommend Brooks for extermination needs

Exterminator tech Travis was awesome. He explained in detail the chemicals he used and he pointed out the problem areas and treated them extra well. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I would hope when it's time for next treatment that he would be the exterminator. I am not one to give reviews for anything but I thought it was important for the great job he did. Overall I would say he did an outstanding job thank you for sending him to us.

Charles let me know when he was going to arrive, was confident and competent with instructions on what to expect from the service and where to place the traps after it stops raining. He was thoughtful and respectful with my questions. Charles was truly delightful to meet, he was a good way to start a new relationship with your company. I trust him. Definately, a five star rating for this young man.

Contacted when he arrived. My only concern was he sprayed my garage camera and it left a smudge. I was able to go out and remove it with my extension pole and cloth rag. Thanks.

Lamur was our tech. This was the best service we have had by Brooks. Tech cleaned the eves like they are supposed to which is the first time. Excellent job actually was going to cancel service but might stay if I get same tech.
