How can you actually price a one story small 1300 SQ Ft. condo, with cleaning at $650 is beyond me! 7 hours for 2 people ? Crazy. I paid $250 for a deep cleaning in a 3 bedroom home. So absolutely no justification for trying to charge my older Mother that kind of money and also asking for a deposit up front while she was there. This is unheard of for a cleaning business to ask for a deposit up front. Terrible business practice
