I was able to schedule someone stop by for an estimate fairly quick, that was the only easy thing about the entire process. After our estimate was completed and a contract was drawn out my husband and I paid half of the cost up front and waited to hear from their office to get scheduled. We never heard from anyone. We called and left multiple voicemails with no call back. After about 2 weeks of being ignored I decided stop by in person to schedule my repairs only to be told at that time they no longer do repairs, yet happily took my money for a repair job. Hesitately they finally booked my appointment. Come appointment time, their men were late to the job even with us being the first appointment of the day. We replaced our roof due to wind and hail damage. Bros Roofing is one of the most customer focused companies we have ever done business with. The process was clearly outlined and followed completely. Workers arrived on the date promised and immediately set to work. Demolition was done neatly and cleaned up completely by days end. Bros provided better prices than we were hearing from our neighbors that had roof replacement after the June 2025 hail storm. Extra services were nice for new gutters and prep of the facia before gutters went on. Quality install and they are a local company and not a company here for the disaster and then gone.
