On January 15, 2026, Brothers scheduled a preventive maintenance visit ( per my Pro Service Plan ) from 12:00-16:00 hours. However, no technician from Brothers came to the residence. The next day on January 16, 2026, Brothers contacted me by text relating they would have to reshedule my appoint due to the technician being held up for emergency services. I contracted Brothers about the no show for the appointment and requested to speak with a supervisor. I was advised no supervisors were available but one would be given the message to contact me about the matter. No supervisor ever contacted me. On January 20,2026, Brothers contact me by text and requested that I confirm a preventive maintenance appointment for January 23, 2026, between 12:00-16:00 hours. I confirmed this appoint

If I could give zero stars I would! My son paid them to move the duct work to the attic and they did a TERRIBLE job the duct work is up there but we are left with crooked vents, which we’ve called about and nobody has gotten back to us, and vents falling out of the ceiling! We are using a piece of tape to hold it up. Also when my son confronted the technicians about the crooked vents they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Don't waste your time with this company! Said my furnace was not fixable, it's obsolete and can't get parts for it anymore. Tried to sell me theirs for only $15000!! Called another company to fix my furnace and they got it up and running fast, and the parts were only $100. Man told me you can get the parts for my furnace anywhere everyday! This company will lie! They don't want to repair they want you to buy their WAY over priced units!!

I had a complete new hvac system put in (2 brand new units) in 2024...cost a fortune! Called Brothers December 30th 2024 to have them serviced...they gave me a next day appointment only to text me in the morning and say they had to reschedule...being in no hurry we had a date at the end of January (the 26th)...all well and good. They CALLED me on Sunday January 11th and said they could come on Monday the 12th...perfect! Changed my plans made the appointment for between 8-12... (after they're the one's contacting me)...I got a text at 9:16am AGAIN saying they couldn't come out and I had to reschedule. I called them and the girl offered me a $49.00 or $39.00 service fee instead of $69.00 for the inconvenience...I wouldn't use them for Free now....They called me to make an appointment chang

I have the Essential Plan with Brothers Heating and Air. I am supposed to get a spring check and winter check. I scheduled my winter check last November and have been rescheduled 3 times because the technicians are held up at other homes. Do you know how inconvenient it is for us to rearrange our work schedules around these rescheduled appointments? I have cancelled the Essential Plan and will go with a more reliable company.
