During July & August, 2025, we had new vinyl flooring installed first in our kitchen and subsequently in our dining and living rooms. From our initial visit to Brothers' showroom in Hackensack for product selection to final installation, we were professionally guided. Accordingly, we highly recommend the Brothers team especially Ken who did the on sight measurements and recommendations along with Gerry whom supervised the installation. They are true professionals with fair pricing.

Amazing and beyond my expectations! Please be aware that this is a real company, with real employees , and real & amazing customer service. I have 750 square feet apartment, the company moved the furniture, removed vinyl floor, removed 65 years old parquets that were covered by the vinyl floor, leveled the floor, placed lining and installed new vinyl floor in the whole apartment in about 4 hours. 6 workers performed top notch job. The flooring is beautiful and has lifetime warranty. I don’t remember when was the last time I received such a superior service. I think never. Forget the tv advertising flooring companies,. They are just dealers selling you cheap flooring that is installed by workers from the street . I experienced it twice. Go for Brothers Flooring and you will enjoy stress f

Over the past 19 years Brothers has replaced flooring twice in my apartment. They are a trusted company with a wide variety of choices, fair prices and excellent sales staff and installers. I used Brothers Carpeting 13 years ago. I came back for a total house redo. I was pleased to find above and beyond service and quality. ( Even better than before). Sometimes, overtime, companies slack off. I can truly say they have improved with age! The showroom staff and installers were A+. It was a dream dealing with this company- they make you feel like family. If you are looking for price comparisons- they are on point. My suggestion is start here and look no further. Really amazing job by brother’s carpet. They did a new stair runner on my 125 year old staircase which is not totally even and it looks amazing. They are very competitive and super easy to work with. After having an awful experience elsewhere, I found them and I will never go anywhere else for flooring. Thank you so much.
