Brothers Flooring

I live in a townhome that had a flooring issue so the management company called Brothers to repair it. Yes, they fixed the floor issue but in the process, they left a thick layer of sawdust on everything in the entire downstairs and dirty greasy handprints on the wall. There is hours of cleaning that will need to be done. Completely unprofessional.

Absolutely a pleasure to do business with them. They put carpet and flooring throughout my house and did an amazing job. Attention to detail was definitely obvious. Will use them and recommend them on other projects. Thank you again Edwin and Salvador.

I really hate giving bad reviews, but this place wins the prize for bad business. I called four times over a period of two weeks to set up an estimate. The last time I called, I asked what was the trick to get someone to call me and schedule. At that time a gentleman took the call and set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate today at 9:00 a.m.. I realize they're closed on Saturday, and mentioned that, but he assured me that he would be here. It's now past 11:00, and still a no show. Unbelievable way to do business.

This is the best flooring company I have dealt with in 9 years I have been in the apartment industry. From quality to customer service, they cannot be beat. I have recommended Brother's Flooring to everyone I know! Use them, you will not be disappointed! :)

Brothers has done a wonderful job on all of our flooring. They are easy to work with. All the staff are so friendly and they get work done quickly. I would definitely recommend them!
